Located at the tip of the world-renowned Palm Jumeirah, The Pointe is a premier waterfront destination blending upscale leisure, retail, and dining with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the Atlantis resort. Tasked with creating a cohesive and vibrant interior design identity, the design team envisioned spaces that celebrate Dubai’s dynamic lifestyle while honoring the cultural vibrancy of the region.

The interior design approach for The Pointe embraced a fluid, open-concept spatial rhythm, echoing the movement of the sea and sky. From the sun-drenched retail promenades to the chic dining pavilions and family-friendly lounges, every element was curated to enhance visitor flow, comfort, and ambience. Materials such as natural stone, warm wood, brushed metal, and textured wall treatments were layered with ambient lighting and local artisan detailing to provide an immersive coastal experience.

The result is a seamless fusion of contemporary luxury and regional identity—an elegant canvas for international retailers and restaurateurs, while also becoming a gathering point for Dubai’s residents and visitors alike. The design prioritizes both aesthetic excellence and operational functionality, ensuring The Pointe remains a benchmark in waterfront lifestyle destinations.
