Project Description
SBD was commissioned to deliver a concept renovation design for the public spaces of TIME Residences in Sharjah, a modern serviced apartment development catering to urban residents and business travelers. The brief focused on revitalizing key guest-facing areas to elevate the resident experience and reflect the evolving brand values of TIME Hotels.
The renovation included a redesign of the main entrance, lobby, restaurant, snack bar, and communal seating zones. The approach focused on creating welcoming, light-filled interiors that blend regional influence with contemporary international style. SBD’s concept emphasized flexible social and dining spaces, enhanced guest flow, and elevated material palettes that lend an understated sense of luxury and functionality.
The reimagined lobby now acts as a vibrant social nucleus, featuring integrated lounge seating, curated lighting, and modern accents. The redesigned restaurant and snack area support casual dining and community engagement while maintaining an aesthetic that resonates with both long-term residents and short-stay guests.
This concept renovation positions TIME Residences as a refined, lifestyle-driven address in Sharjah’s growing hospitality and residential landscape.
