Located in the cultural heart of Dublin beside the historic Dublin Castle, the Paramount Hotel is a 200-room boutique hospitality destination woven into a full city block of preserved Victorian-era buildings. The architectural uniqueness of the original structures has been carefully retained, offering guests an experience where no two rooms are alike—each space reflects the character and charm of its original footprint, celebrating Dublin’s architectural legacy.

SBD was entrusted with the planning and full interior design, transforming the multi-structure footprint into a cohesive yet richly layered hospitality offering. Public spaces have been curated to encourage gathering and leisure, including a central reception area, a lush courtyard lounge, a high-end all-day restaurant, and a Victorian-inspired bar. Beneath street level lies a hidden gem—a bespoke cocktail speakeasy, which brings contemporary nightlife energy to the historical ambiance.

Blending refined elegance with the raw charm of exposed brick, classic woodwork, and warm lighting, Paramount Hotel stands as a landmark of urban sophistication, crafted to meet the expectations of both modern travelers and locals seeking immersive, design-driven hospitality.
