Indigo Zen

Project Description

Indigo Zen is a luxurious, gated residential community in Dubai Golf City, conceived as a serene and immersive escape inspired by the tranquil landscapes of the Far East. Designed by SBD, the development features 390 premium residences, including 7 types of villas and townhouses ranging from 4 to 6 bedrooms. The townhouses are approximately 3,800 sq. ft., while the villas range from 5,500 to 9,800 sq. ft., offering expansive layouts, elevated finishes, and an abundance of natural light.

SBD led the master planning, ensuring a harmonious integration of architecture, landscape, and wellness-focused living. Each of the community’s clusters—Harmony, Bliss, Heaven, Aura, Eternity, Serene, and Nirvana—is designed around a system of water features, landscaped parks, and green corridors, creating a lush environment where residents are surrounded by nature at every turn.

The concept design introduced architectural forms that prioritize simplicity, flow, and indoor-outdoor integration, echoing Zen philosophies. SBD also provided interior design for all residences, bringing in bespoke finishes and natural textures that enhance the overall wellness experience. The public landscaping was carefully curated to feature waterfalls, lakes, and tropical plantings, crafting a meditative atmosphere throughout the development.

In addition to design, SBD undertook costing and feasibility studies to ensure optimal delivery and return on investment, making Indigo Zen not only a visionary project but also a financially viable one. The result is a distinctive community where luxury meets landscape, and where every element has been tailored to foster a life of beauty, balance, and peace.
