Escape Reality Dubai redefines the immersive escape room experience through an inventive blend of storytelling, design, and spatial theatrics. In close collaboration with the Escape Reality founders, the design team delivered a fully immersive interior concept that transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary. Located in the heart of Dubai, the facility comprises multiple high-concept escape game rooms, a dynamic lobby, interactive waiting zones, and theatrical lighting installations.

Each room was crafted to immerse players into alternate realities—ranging from ancient tombs and high-tech labs to noir-inspired detective scenes—through a deliberate use of materials, lighting, and cinematic spatial composition. The lighting design was critical to narrative and gameplay; embedded LED pathways, flickering fluorescents, and shadow-enhancing backlights were tailored for each themed room to heighten suspense and interactivity.

The lobby and waiting areas were conceived as transitional portals, combining dark hues, textured surfaces, and minimalist graphic elements to prepare visitors for their journey. Functional considerations such as team briefings, bookings, and guest circulation were seamlessly integrated into the aesthetic, ensuring that both operational efficiency and dramatic tension coexisted effortlessly.

This project included concept design, interior architecture, game environment layouts, lighting design, and full supervision through to handover.
