Project Description

Located in a private estate, the commercial property is designed to reflect contemporary elegance fused with traditional Emirati hospitality values. This architecturally refined project showcases a modern interpretation of regional design vernacular, where sand-hued masonry, geometric forms, and open courtyards celebrate the cultural significance of communal gathering spaces.

The entrance sequence is defined by a grand colonnaded water feature, setting a serene tone as guests transition into the welcoming majlis interior. The landscaping is both intentional and lush, with manicured lawns, indigenous trees, and reflective pools that soften the strong architectural geometry and provide a cooling microclimate. The internal spatial layout is designed to offer both formality and intimacy, ideal for hosting distinguished guests and business gatherings in a setting that emphasizes discretion and comfort.

High-quality materials, understated lighting, and natural textures are employed throughout the building, creating a tactile and sensory-rich environment. The structure includes private parking, a formal drop-off porte-cochère, and distinct zoning to maintain fluid circulation between public and private areas.

This project exemplifies SBD International’s ability to blend cultural identity with modern function, establishing a timeless commercial majlis that embodies prestige, refinement, and regional relevance.
