SBD International led the master planning efforts, ensuring seamless integration between hospitality, residential, and recreational components. Connected to the mainland by a private dual carriageway, the island was designed to prioritize privacy, tranquility, and prestige, offering limited access and a refined retreat from city life. With its blend of global architecture, luxury brand partnerships, and natural lagoon-centered layout, Coconut Island sets a new benchmark for resort-style island living in the UAE.
