Objective: Create an exclusive collection of 22 - 28 individually designed beachfront villas, blending minimalist luxury with organic coastal influences. Each villa should offer a unique architectural identity while maintaining a cohesive sense of elegance, privacy, and connection to the surrounding natural landscape in accordance with EU regulations.

Solea Beach Villas reimagines coastal living through a refined lens of organic luxury and architectural artistry. Set along an untouched stretch of shoreline, the project comprises 22 uniquely crafted villas, each thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the natural beauty of its surroundings. No two villas are the same—each residence offers a distinct interpretation of coastal elegance, ensuring a deeply personal living experience for every owner.

The architectural language draws inspiration from the soft, organic forms of the landscape—windswept dunes, gentle tides, and rugged cliffs—translated into flowing layouts, textured materials, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Each villa embraces a minimalist yet soulful aesthetic, with crisp white plaster walls, richly grained natural woods, hand-forged stonework, and expansive glass openings that frame spectacular ocean views.

Custom-designed features such as sculptural staircases, bespoke furniture, and artisanal lighting ensure that every villa feels like a one-of-a-kind sanctuary.
